Email support@axiom.the-index.net. Please tell us the email address of your Axiom account (if you have one), the subject you were practising and what happened.
Axiom in ChatGPT and other AI assistants
- Getting a question: ask, for example, “Give me an IGCSE Physics past-paper question.” Axiom covers IGCSE Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, A-Level Pure Mathematics and SPM Matematik.
- Answering: type your answer in the question card and press Check answer, or reply in the chat. Choose a letter for multiple-choice questions.
- “Not marked automatically”: without an Axiom account, a few written answers a day are marked by AI. After that, compare your answer with the model answer shown, or connect your Axiom account.
- Saving your progress: ask the assistant to “connect my Axiom account”, sign in and choose Allow. Answers are then saved to your Axiom progress.
- Disconnecting: open Connected apps in Axiom and choose Disconnect. The assistant can no longer use your account.

Reporting a problem with a question
If a question, mark scheme or model answer looks wrong, email us the subject and the question (a screenshot is fine). We check every report.
