Question 1
Your cousin, Nadia, has sent you the email below. She wants your opinion before she buys something for her cycling trips.

Hi,

I've started cycling to school every morning and the road past the wet market is packed with lorries. I want to protect myself properly before something happens. Can you recommend one piece of safety gear I should wear? Also, why does it help? Where can I get it? Tell me what you think.

Bye!
