HGL is a small printing business with four machine operators. Many of its business customers have moved to sending documents by email, and HGL's sales have fallen by 30% in the last year. The owner is thinking about making one machine operator, Sara, redundant. Sara has worked at HGL for nine years and is the only operator trained to run the large colour press.
